1.1.1 Introduction
This report is for the period July 2018 to June 2019 by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on the
monitoring programme associated with resource consents held by Value Timber Ltd (the Company). The
Company operates a wood waste disposal site situated on Bristol Road at Inglewood, in the Waitara
catchment.
The report includes the results and findings of the monitoring programme implemented by the Council in
respect of the consent held by the Company
Company) operated a quarry located on South Road at
Tokaora, in the Waingongoro catchment. This report for the period July 2010-April 2013
describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council to
assess the Company’s environmental performance during the period under review, and the
results and environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
The Company held four resource consents for its Tokaora quarry, which included a total of
thirty-four conditions setting out
Council (STDC) operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
located on Castle Street at Eltham, in the Waingongoro catchment. This report for the period July 2018 to
June 2019 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the
Council) to assess the STDC’s environmental and consent compliance performance during the period under

This report is for the period June 2009 to June 2013 by the Taranaki Regional Council
(the Council) on the monitoring programme associated with resource consents held
by Todd Energy Limited. During the period under review, Todd Energy Limited re-
established a wellsite, drilled and tested two wells, and hydraulically fractured the
target formation.
This report covers the results and findings of the monitoring
Waitara, in the Waitara River catchment. This report for the period July 2017 to June 2018
describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess
ANZCO’s environmental and consent compliance performance during the period under review. The report
also details the results of the monitoring undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of ANZCO’s
activities.
ANZCO holds two resource consents, which include a total of 11 conditions setting out
June 2017 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the environmental performance and consent compliance
of three concrete batching plants within the Taranaki Region. The report also details the results of the
monitoring undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of their activities. The three concrete
batching plants covered by this programme are located in Waitara, Hawera and Stratford.
