Executive summary
The Lower Waiwhakaiho area of New
sold Ahuroa-B Gas Storage Facility to Gas Services New Zealand (GSNZ
SPV1) Ltd (the Company).
Ahuroa-B is located on the corner of Barleymans Road and Croydon Road, east of Midhirst, in the Waitara
catchment. Ahuroa-B is a natural gas storage facility for Contact Energy’s Stratford Power Station.
This report for the period July 2018 to June 2019 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess Ahuroa-B’s environmental and consent
Company) operates a quarry located on Everett Road at Everett Park, in the Kurapete
catchment. This report for the period July 2018 to June 2019 describes the monitoring programme

environmental effects of their activities.
The Company holds a total of 23 resource consents, which include a total of 186 conditions setting out the
requirements that they must satisfy. The Company holds five consents to
period July 2018 to June 2019 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki
Regional Council (the Council) to assess the Company’s environmental and consent compliance
performance during the period under review. The report also details the results of the monitoring
undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
Todd Generation holds five resource consents, which include a total of 41 conditions setting out the
requirements that the Company must
