Executive summary
The Candyman Trust (the Trust) operates a cleanfill being undertaken for the purpose of
monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki
Regional Council (the Council) to assess the Company’s environmental and administrative performance
during the period under review. In addition, it details the results of the site inspections and water quality
sampling undertaken to assesses the environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
During the 2022-2023 monitoring period Remediation NZ Ltd demonstrated a good level of both
environmental and administrative performance.
The Council’s
