structures, to take, divert and discharge water, and to disturb the bed of Lake Ratapiko. This report for the

1 Introduction
Compliance monitoring programme reports and the Resource
Management Act 1991
1.1.1 Introduction
This report is for the period July 2021 to June 2022 by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on the
monitoring programme
Todd Energy Aquatic Centre (the Aquatic Centre)
located on Tisch Avenue, New Plymouth. Wastewater from backwashing the water filtration system and
emptying the outdoor pools is discharged from the ocean outfall situated on the Kawaroa Reef foreshore, to
the east of the facility. This report for the period July 2021 to June 2022 describes the monitoring
programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the Company’s
environmental and consent compliance performance
