for the period July 2016 to June 2017 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the consent holder’s environmental and consent
compliance performance during the period under review. This is the fourth annual report for this site.
The consent holder holds one resource consent, which includes a total of five conditions setting out the
requirements that the consent holder must satisfy. The consent allows the consent holder to
(SDC) operates the Stratford municipal oxidation ponds
system located to the east of Stratford in the Patea catchment. The SDC holds a renewed
resource consent to allow it to discharge treated wastewater to the Patea River. This report
for the period July 2014 to June 2015 describes the monitoring programme implemented by
the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the environmental performance
during the period under review, and the results and effects of the content holder’s
located on
Normanby Road at Okaiawa, in the Waingongoro catchment. Utilising an existing weir across
the Waingongoro River and tunnel under Normanby Road, water is diverted for electricity
generation. The station is located approximately 3.2 km downstream of the weir, but due to
the tight meander, are located only 90 m apart. This report for the period July 2015 to June

SCHEDULE OF CHARGES PURSUANT TO THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2002
INSPECTIONS AND INCIDENTS COST RECOVERY
Pursuant to section 150 of the Local Government Act 2002, the
Taranaki Regional Council gives notice that it has adopted the
following schedules of charges for the recovery of the costs of
inspection, including
the Regional Air Quality Plan.
This report for the period July 2014 to June 2015 describes the monitoring programme
implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the environmental
performance during the period under review, and the results and effects of the consent
holder’s activities, particularly the environmental improvements associated with recent
major modifications to the disposal system.
This report also records the state of riparian planting and
grade lactose plant located on Manaia Road at Kapuni, in the Kaupokonui catchment. The
plant processes whey and permeate from dairy product manufacture around the North
Island. This report for the period July 2013-June 2015 describes the monitoring programme
implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the Company’s
environmental performance during the period under review, and the results and
environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
The Company holds a total
Road, Kakaramea, in the Mangaroa catchment. This site has been operated since 2012 with the consent
granted in October 2011. The consent allowed the facility to discharge drilling wastes (consisting of cuttings
and fluids from drilling operations with water based muds and synthetic based muds) onto and into land via
landfarming.
