Executive summary
BTW Company Limited (BTW) manages a drilling waste landfarm on behalf of consent
proposes a general rate on the capital
value on each rating unit in the region. The
estimated general rate (in cents in the dollar of
capital value) for 2019/2020 is 0.0258019 (GST
inclusive). The Council proposes no differentials on

(Todd), within their Mangahewa-D wellsite. The reports also assess Todd’s level of
environmental performance and compliance with the resource consents held in relation to the
activity.
Todd operate the Mangahewa-D wellsite, located at Rimutauteka Road, Inglewood. The
wellsite lies within the Waitara
