A summary of the notes made during these inspections is given below. 2.1.1 9 August 2012 A site visit was made to conduct a compliance monitoring inspection. It was raining at the time of the inspection with 14 mm falling over the past 72 hours. A meeting was held at the site office with the director of the Company to discuss the new consents.
