Hazardous and special waste
Agrecovery undertook agricultural chemicals collections in the Taranaki region in July 2012 and November
2013. The Taranaki Regional Council and the three district councils contributed to the cost of these
collections along with brand owners and the Ministry for the Environment.
These collections follow on from Taranaki
Tikorangi
Road East, Waitara. The wellsite lies within the Waiau catchment and contains a hydrocarbon
producing well and associated infrastructure.
During the 2014-2015 monitoring period, Todd held resource consent 9457-1, authorising the
discharge of contaminants associated with hydraulic fracturing activities into land at depths
greater than 3,200 m TVDss beneath the Mangahewa-E wellsite. The consent was issued by
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on 26 February 2013 and contained 16
consent includes a total of 10
special conditions setting out the requirements that the consent holder must satisfy.
This report for the period July 2009 – June 2013 describes the monitoring programme
implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the consent holder’s
environmental performance and level of compliance with consent 7470-1.

Executive summary
Port Taranaki Ltd (the Company) is the commercial operator of the port
July 2014 to June 2015 describes the monitoring programme
implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess the consent holders’
environmental performance during the period under review, and the results and
environmental effects of the activities.
The consent holder holds four resource consents, one of which is through a subsidiary
company which is owned by the consent holder; Surrey Road landfarms. These consents
include a total of 64 conditions which set out the
