2022 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the
Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess Todd Energy’s environmental and consent compliance
performance during the period under review. The report also details the results of the monitoring
undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of Todd Energy’s activities.
During the monitoring period, Todd Energy Ltd demonstrated a high level of environmental
performance and a high level of administrative performance.

on 30 April 2024 at 9.00am
b. notes the recommendations therein were adopted by the Taranaki Regional Council on Tuesday 14
May 2024.
