Executive summary
Greymouth Petroleum Limited (the Company) operates a number of wellsites across the Taranaki
Act 1991
1.1.1 Introduction
This report is for the period July 2018 to June 2019 by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) on the
monitoring programme associated with resource consents held by Value Timber Ltd (the Company). The
Company operates a wood waste disposal site situated on Bristol Road at Inglewood, in the Waitara
catchment.
The report includes the results and findings of the monitoring programme implemented by the Council in
respect of the consent held by the Company
Station located on Palmer
Road in the Kapuni catchment. This report for the period July 2015 to June 2016 describes the
monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess
STOS’s environmental performance during the period under review. The report also details
the results of the monitoring undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of STOS’s
activities.
STOS holds four resource consents; one relating to discharges to water, one to discharge
Village, in
the Waiongana catchment. The quarry has been operating since 2004 and the cleanfill has
been operating since 2007. This report for the period July 2012-June 2014 and describes the
monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council to assess the
Company’s environmental performance during the period under review, and the results and
environmental effects of the Company’s activities.
The Company holds two resource consents, which include a total of 25 conditions setting

To install and use a culvert in association with the
realignment of a waterway Land Use Consent Derby Road, Tariki Waitara
Waitara, in the Waitara River catchment. This report for the period July 2017 to June 2018
describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the Council) to assess
ANZCO’s environmental and consent compliance performance during the period under review. The report
also details the results of the monitoring undertaken and assesses the environmental effects of ANZCO’s
activities.
ANZCO holds two resource consents, which include a total of 11 conditions setting out
July 2013-June 2014 by the Taranaki Regional
Council on the monitoring programme associated with resource consents held by Firth
Industries (Glover Road, Hawera), Allied Concrete (Mould Street, Waitara) and Fletcher
Concrete and Infrastructure Limited (Mountain Road, Stratford). These companies operate
concrete batching plants.
Firth Industries (a division of Fletcher Concrete and Infrastructure Limited) operates a

The Taranaki Regional Council Navigation Safety Bylaws for Port Taranaki and its Approaches 2020 was prepared by the Taranaki Regional Council
under the provisions of section 33M of the Maritime Transport Act 1994. These bylaws are to
Pohutukawa wellsites located between Hawera and Patea in South Taranaki. Each wellsite contains varying
numbers of producing wells and associated production infrastructure. This report for the period July 2017 to
June 2018 describes the monitoring programme implemented by the Taranaki Regional Council (the
Council) in relation to the Company’s deep well injection (DWI) activities. The report details the results of
