The ground was damp underfoot due to recent rain but no ponding was noted on the cap. The batters were intact and grassed with no evidence of slumping, cracking or exposed refuse. The stormwater drains were well grassed and free draining. The drains showed signs of recent flow, but were not discharging at the time of the inspection.
