Section 119 of the RMA on 12 July 2003. It is due to expire on 1 June 2033. There are seven special conditions attached to the permit. Condition 1 requires the consent holder to map the position of the platform(s) and provide a copy to the relevant authorities. Conditions 2, 3 and 5 relate to public access. Condition 4 requires the consent holder to adopt best practicable option to minimise effects on the environment. Conditions 6 and 7 are lapse and review provisions.
