SENZL holds coastal permit 5992-1 to take produced water and associated heat from
aquifers in the coastal marine area associated with hydrocarbon exploration and
production activities. This permit was issued by the Taranaki Regional Council on 16
June 2003 under Section 87(c) of the Resource Management Act. It is due to expire on 1
June 2033.
