intensity. Too little rain and there is insufficient run-off to be sampled. Too much rain and the river rises above some of the stormwater discharge points, preventing sampling. The results of the discharge monitoring are discussed in the relevant section based on the consent holder responsible for that discharge, and the receiving water results are discussed in Section 16. The results of the full wet weather monitoring conducted during the 2014-2015 period are included in Appendix II.
