The Regional Council provides a wide range of products and services to land owners, farmers, industry, resource users and other stakeholders. This range of services/products includes, but not limited to, the following:
- Resource consents
- Environmental data
- Land Management plans
- Compliance monitoring results
- Biosecurity plans (both pest animal and pest plant issues)
- Biodiversity plans – KNEs, wetlands etc.
A key aim of MyTRC is to enhance the customer experience of all users of products and services by providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ user-friendly common platform solution.
The MyTRC solution combines and presents datasets in a tiered and spatial way, giving customers access to real-time comprehensive data in a secure, private online platform.
An important part of the MyTRC solution is that the platform is user-focused, that it is intuitive and easily navigable.
