There were no exceedances of any MAVs at this site during the period being
reported. Measured ammonia concentrations consistently exceeded the lower GV for
ammonia throughout the monitoring period. Ammonia concentrations spiked during
2012, where they exceeded the upper GV (Figure 10). Iron concentrations also

[49] The Supreme Court observed in King Salmon that s 5 was not intended
