1.1 Compliance monitoring programme reports and Resource

1.1.1 Introduction
This is the Annual Report for the period July 2014 to June 2015 by the Taranaki
Regional Council (the Council) and describes the monitoring programme associated
with the resource consent
as many sites with better scores than expected, than there were with scores below
expectations.
In terms of the sites showing the most improvement in their ecological condition over the 21
years of monitoring, they are:
the mid reaches of the Kaupokonui Stream
Mangaehu River at Raupuha Road
lower Punehu Stream
the upper and mid Kapoaiaia Stream
the lower Mangati Stream.
Thus, the findings of the macroinvertebrate monitoring programme demonstrate that the
