including both activity and impact monitoring, enables the Council to
cleanfill being undertaken for the purpose of reclaiming part of
an existing man-made pond located on Manutahi Road South of Bell Block, in the Waiongana catchment.
The man-made pond was created by previous quarrying activities on the site.
