The analysis of the
Company holds five resource consents, which include a total of 67 conditions setting out the
requirements that the Company must satisfy. The Company holds one consent to discharge
effluent/stormwater into the Mangorei Stream, one consent to discharge emissions into the air at this site
and three land use permits. The consents were transferred to Nova Energy Ltd on 1 June 2022, however the
ownership of the site was transferred to the Company early in 2022.
