regional plan, or it falls within some particular categories set out in Section 14.
SDC holds water permit 1276-3 to take water from the Te Popo Stream a tributary of
the Manganui River in the Waitara catchment for Midhirst community public water
supply purposes. This permit was issued by the Council on 9 June 2003 under Section
87(d) of the RMA. It is due to expire on 1 June 2015. Changes were made to the consent
in May 2011.
