Discussion was held with the NZ Transport Agency regarding concerns on the
condition of the road surface on SH3 North which has deteriorated following recent
heavy rain making the road hazardous for motorists. The Agency advised the
Committee that a new study of the SH3 route (in

This report is the annual report for the period 1 July 2013 – 30 June 2014 by the
